ISHNET is a nonprofit organization dedicated to serving individuals and families in crisis. We believe that every person — regardless of background, circumstance, or status — deserves access to safety, stability, and support.
We exist to fill the gaps that fall between government programs and traditional social services. When someone has nowhere to turn, ISHNET shows up.

We connect individuals experiencing homelessness or unsafe living situations with emergency housing resources and safe placement options.

We assist individuals and families in need of transportation support — including coordinating travel for family reunification and relocation to safety.

We work to reconnect separated families, helping loved ones navigate complex systems so they can be together again.

We help individuals re-enter the workforce with guidance, resources, and connections to employment opportunities that lead to long-term stability.

Based in the Fort Lauderdale area, Ms. Williams founded ISHNET with a vision to create coordinated, compassionate responses to human trafficking and family crisis. She brings years of experience in operations, real estate, and community building, and leads the organization's strategic partnerships, survivor programs, and global expansion efforts.

Mr. Hoover brings strategic insight and a talent for cross-border relationship building. He plays a central role in developing partnerships with embassies, international organizations, and global stakeholders — helping ensure survivors can access safe travel, dignified repatriation, and the protection they need.

With over 15 years of experience in healthcare and advocacy, CJ Williams combines clinical expertise with financial guidance to help individuals and families navigate complex systems. His work directly supports ISHNET's mission to protect and uplift vulnerable youth, adults, and families on their path to stability.

Mr. Brown is a dedicated safety and protection advocate with a passion for safeguarding vulnerable individuals and families. Focused on prevention, education, and accountability, he believes safety is a shared responsibility — and works to equip communities with the practical knowledge and tools to protect those most at risk.
The safety of every person we serve comes first. We act quickly and deliberately to shield individuals from further harm and connect them to the support they need.
We meet every survivor with empathy, dignity, and respect — offering care that is trauma-informed, patient, and genuinely human.
We believe in the strength of survivors. Our programs equip individuals with the tools, confidence, and resources to build lives of independence and purpose.
Safety has no borders. We work across countries, cultures, and sectors to ensure that no one in crisis is left without a pathway to protection.
We operate with full transparency and accountability — holding ourselves to the highest ethical standards in every decision we make.
Family is at the heart of healing. We are committed to helping loved ones reconnect, reunify, and rebuild — safely and on their own terms.

Together, we protect and rebuild communities.
