Founder & Executive Director 

Based in the Fort Lauderdale area, Ms. Williams brings years of experience in operations, real estate, and community building. She leads ISHNET with a focus on strategic partnerships, survivor support programs, and global expansion. Her vision is to create a global safety network that assists with family reunification, helping families escape crisis and rebuild their future with dignity.

Director Mr. Hoover contributes strategic insight and fosters cross-border relationship building. He plays a key role in developing partnerships with embassies, international organizations, and global stakeholders to support safe travel and enhance family reunification efforts, as well as to protect families affected by trafficking and violence through effective survivor support programs within a robust global safety network.

Director CJ Williams brings over 15 years of experience in healthcare and advocacy, combining clinical expertise with financial guidance to help individuals and families navigate complex systems with compassion and integrity. His work supports family reunification efforts and aligns with ISHNET’s mission to protect and uplift vulnerable youth, adults, and families through survivor support programs and a global safety network.

Director Mr. Brown  Dedicated safety and protection advocate committed to safeguarding vulnerable individuals and families. Focused on prevention, education, and accountability to reduce risk and strengthen protective environments. Believes safety is more than policy—it is shared responsibility and action. Works to empower communities with practical, life-saving practices. Driven by compassion, dignity, and long-term impact. 

Our vision is a future where family reunification is prioritized, a global safety network is established, and every survivor has access to support programs that enable them to reclaim their life and heal.

We prioritize the immediate safety of every individual we serve, working to shield them from further harm while connecting them to our global safety network and survivor support programs, ultimately facilitating family reunification.

We meet survivors with empathy, dignity, and respect—supporting them through trauma with understanding and care, as part of our survivor support programs that focus on family reunification and contribute to a global safety network.
